Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Greenridge West Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Houston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
