Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Bright Rook Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Houston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
