Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Northwind Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Houston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
