Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Amberfield Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Houston serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
