Recruiter - interview scheduling (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Houston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 258 people based in Houston. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
