Recruiter - interview scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Honolulu. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
