Recruiter - interview scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Associates provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 224 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
