Recruiter - interview scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Meadow Financial serves customers across Honolulu with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
