Recruiter - interview scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
