Recruiter - interview scheduling (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Hartford. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
