Recruiter - interview scheduling (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Sable Financial serves customers across Hartford with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
