Recruiter - interview scheduling (Hartford, CT)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Hartford. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
