Recruiter - interview scheduling (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Drift Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Hartford, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
