Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Ember Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
