Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
