Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fresno, CA)

Nova Fox Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
