Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Mill Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
