Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Fresno area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
