Recruiter - interview scheduling (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Keystone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Fort Worth serving households and small businesses, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 224 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
