Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Hollow Freight is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
