Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Vale Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
