Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services is an inspection company in El Paso with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
