Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Redstone North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in El Paso. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
