Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Markets Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
