Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
