Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
