Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Hollow Health runs clinics and patient services around El Paso, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
