Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Hospitality and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
