Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Sable Housing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
