Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Summit Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
