Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around El Paso, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
