Recruiter - interview scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Clear Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the El Paso area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
