Recruiter - interview scheduling (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Detroit. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
