Recruiter - interview scheduling (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Systems and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
