Recruiter - interview scheduling (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Clear Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Detroit, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
