Recruiter - interview scheduling (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Wren Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Detroit, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
