Recruiter - interview scheduling (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pine Financial Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
