Recruiter - interview scheduling (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Detroit. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
