Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Corner Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
