Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Pike Community Partners is a nonprofit in Des Moines supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
