Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Des Moines. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
