Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in Des Moines. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
