Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Des Moines with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 619 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
