Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge River Staffing Group places workers with employers around Des Moines. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
