Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Granite Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
