Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Umber Inspection Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
