Recruiter - interview scheduling (Des Moines, IA)

Lumen Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
