Recruiter - interview scheduling (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Vale Community Partners is a Denver charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people based in Denver. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
