Recruiter - interview scheduling (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Haven Property Management manages apartment communities around Denver. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
