Recruiter - interview scheduling (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Maple Insurance is an insurance company in Denver with claims and service teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 684 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
